Knowing what your options are & how the process works will go a long way in choosing your birth plan & knowing what to expect when the time comes for your little baby to make his/her way into the world. Come join us for a morning filled with valuable information for you & your partner in this workshop focusing on everything surrounding birth, labour & beyond! Topics covered: Labour & the birth process Stages of labour & signs of labour to look out for Positions for labour & birth The hormones of birth & postpartum The cascade of medical interventions Hospital bag must haves Your birth plan Importance of movement during labour Importance of skin to skin directly after birth Postnatal care/Postpartum depression & baby blues What can the dad do to help & feel involved in the process? & much more!

PS - you are more than welcome to attend this workshop alone as well. Partners aren't compulsory but it does help a lot for the dads to be there to help them understand the process a lot better and how they can support you on the day and afterwards.
