Exercises are safe and specifically designed FOR pregnancy, taking into consideration postural changes and aimed to strengthen the body and prepare the body for labour - getting you fit for birth!
Once you have checked out you will receive an invoice from me with payment details & the medical clearance form and once your payment has been received & you send me the medical clearance letter - I will email you your programme.
Pregnancy plan - Trimester Specific
Before the programme can be released to client - a doctors letter with clearance is required. This is to ensure there are no contraindications to exercise and you are medically cleared for training.
