Sweat & Shred is a high intensity based programme.  The exercises are aimed to increase stamina, fitness and build lean muscle mass.  Exercises can be done at home with basic, minimal equipment ass well as in a gym.


4 week programme with 4 sessions per week. 


Includes 1x Zoom session with me to go through the programme together and work through all the exercises to ensure you are performing them correctly and safely.


Once you have checked out you will receive an invoice from me with payment details and once your payment has been received you will get another email with the download link to your purchased programme.

Sweat & Shred

  • This programme is suited for apparently healthy adults, with no pre-existing medical conditions that require doctors clearance.  Programme not suitable for pregnant or early postpartum women.
