We provide specialist exercise training & supervision for pre/postnatal women. More and more women are realising the benefits of safe & effective training for themselves and their growing baby during this special time of their lives. Exercising during pregnancy (when approved by your medical doctor) is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby & can help both your physical & mental health during this vital time. With consistent training I have been able to better prepare ladies for the rigors of childbirth whilst still ensuring that their bodies have built up a resilience that will support them after childbirth.
